HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN MY LALA FOR STORE CREDIT?

LALA will accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise within 10 days of receiving your order. Items must be free of make up, perfume, deodorant, animal hair, and any other marks. All shoes must be sent back in original boxes. If an item is sent back AFTER 10 days (post-marked after the 10th day of delivery) of being delivered, it will not be accepted. If an item is returned with any of the above criteria, it will be returned to you at your cost. 

 

DOES LALA OFFER REFUNDS?

LALA does not offer cash or credit/debit refunds. ONLY store credit which never expires and can be used toward anything on our website.

 

DOES LALA OFFER EXCHANGES?

Due to the fast selling nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges. What LALA does offer is store credit. Once you receive your store credit code you are totally welcome to use it toward the same item in a different size (if it's available). Otherwise, this store credit can be used towards anything else on our site and never expires.

 

HOW DO I GO ABOUT SENDING BACK AN ITEM FOR STORE CREDIT?

  • You MUST go through our returns portal HERE. 

  • Please MAKE SURE all items have tags and shoes are in the original boxes. We will not accept any returns that don't meet that criteria.

  • The customer will pay to ship their package back to LALA HQ for store credit. LALA does not cover extra shipping costs whatsoever. 

KEEP YOUR TRACKING NUMBER:

We strongly recommend keeping your tracking number for packages returned to us. We are not responsible for lost packages.
