Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise (excluding accessories and final sale items) may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 21 days (about 3 weeks) of your item(s) delivery date. Clothing and hats must be free of makeup, perfume, deodorant, body odor, animal hair, and any other marks or stains. All tags must be attached. Stiff brim hats must be sent back in the original box.
If an item is returned to us in a non-resalable condition, it may be returned to you at your cost. No exceptions.

It is possible that certain dyes (like black or dark denim) may transfer to lighter colors. This irreversible effect is increased by humidity and temperature. We do not assume responsibility for dye transfer. Please take care to follow the wash instructions on the care label of your product.
Returns must be requested online, receive approval, and shipped to Dressed in Lala within 21 days (about 3 weeks) of your item(s) delivery date. Please ensure your package will arrive on time. If we do not receive your return within 21 days of your item(s) delivery date, it will not be approved for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
After submitting your request online (http://dressedinlala.returnscenter.com), your return will be under review, and any refund or exchange order will be on hold until we receive your original order. If your request is approved, you will receive an email with the return instructions and shipping address. Please ensure your return(s) includes your NAME and ORDER NUMBER when shipped back to Dressed in Lala. Returns/exchanges shipped to Dressed in Lala prior to receiving approval will be considered abandoned goods and will forfeit any refund or exchange. **EXCHANGE ORDERS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR ADDITIONAL EXCHANGES: see policy below.**
Please allow up to 7 business days after your return has arrived at our warehouse to be processed for refund, exchange, or store credit.
RETURN SHIPPING COST:
You are responsible for the shipping cost to return your item(s) to Dressed in Lala. Dressed in Lala does not pay for shipping or handling costs on returns or exchanges unless the item(s) arrived damaged or there was a mistake on our part.
We recommend sending your return(s) with a tracking number. Dressed in Lala is not responsible for any return packages lost in transit. Dressed in Lala DOES, however, offer free shipping on new orders placed, including exchange orders over $60 USD.
Store credit is processed within 7 business days after your item(s) returned is(are) received. After processing your return, you will receive an email with your store credit information. Store credit can be applied at checkout and does not have an expiry date.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after your item(s) returned is(are) received. Please allow up to an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account. Each banking institution is different, contact your bank for specific details regarding refunds.
Your exchange order will ship within 7-10 business days AFTER your return has been processed (See Our Processing Time for details). You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your exchange order has been fulfilled.
RETURNS ON EXCHANGE ORDERS**:
We do not offer exchanges on exchange orders. Only original orders may be exchanged.
If you would like to return an item that was exchanged from your original order, the return will be processed as store credit when the item to be exchanged has been received in our warehouse and has been approved.
FINAL SALE ITEMS:
All jewelry, accessories, sale, and clearance items are final sale. No exchange or store credit is given. Flash sale promotions are final sale. No exceptions.
