FREE SHIPPING FOR US ORDERS OVER $60:
We offer ground shipping for free for all US orders over $60.  We offer a $5 flat rate shipping for all US orders with a total of $60 and under.

CUSTOMER SERVICE:
We want to answer any questions or concerns you have. Please allow up to 24 hours for our Customer Service Team to respond to your email. Any emails sent after business hours are answered the next business day. Emails sent Friday after 1 PM MST through Sunday evening are responded to the following business day.

RETURN POLICY:
Unworn, unwashed and unaltered merchandise (excluding accessories and final sale items) can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 21 days of your item(s) delivery date.  All returns must be submitted via our returns portal, which can be found at: https://dressed-in-lala.loopreturns.com/#/

REFUNDS: 
If a refund was requested as your return method, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account after your return has been processed.


EXCHANGES: 
Your exchange order will ship within 7-10 business days AFTER your return has been processed. Please visit our returns page for more information.


SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS: 
All clearance styles and discounted styles are FINAL SALE. No returns will be accepted for these items. No exceptions.


ORDER CHANGES:
We are so grateful for your order. Please make sure to review it carefully before it is submitted as it cannot be modified. No changes can be made once your order is placed. Double + triple-check that all details are correct.


SHIPPED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS:
We do not take responsibility for packages delivered to the wrong given address. You are responsible for checking that your shipping address is correct when your order is placed. If an address needs to be corrected, please email us immediately so we can fix it BEFORE it ships. Once an order ships, we are not responsible. 


CANCELLED ORDERS:
Please make sure you want your item before you place an order. We do not allow order cancellations.


SHIPPING:
Our warehouse is open to ship Monday through Friday. We are closed for all US federal holidays. Please allow 4-7 days (excluding weekends) for your order to ship. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order is fulfilled and shipped. Orders may be split across multiple shipments.


EXPEDITED SHIPPING:
We offer two expedited shipping options: UPS Next-Day Air and UPS 2nd-Day. The cost of these services is the customer's responsibility (Lala free US shipping only applies to standard shipping). Periodically we may suspend expedited order processing during high volume events.

Please note:  For expedited orders to be dispatched the same business day, the order must be placed before 1 PM MST Monday through Friday.  Expedited orders placed after 1pm Friday will be shipped the following Monday. (We are closed for all US Federal Holidays.)


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
As of October 2023, we ship worldwide. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs for orders going outside of the U.S. International shipping costs are based on the weight of the package and are calculated at checkout. Various factors such as customs clearance, distance, local handling, and unexpected delays can contribute to delivery times of up to a month.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
Lala is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the tracking information indicates 'Delivered,' Lala is not liable for any theft or missing mail incidents. Please get in touch with USPS (your local post office) with questions regarding shipment tracking and to further investigate what happened with the delivery. 


ROUTE: 
Route is a shipping insurance company that covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages in transit. To ensure the safe delivery of your order, we strongly encourage every customer to purchase Route package protection during checkout. Once an order has "shipped" from our warehouse, we do not refund the cost of Route on any orders.


SIZING GUIDE:
We are a curated boutique brand which means we do not offer a generic sizing guide. However, in each item's product description, we note if an item runs oversized, etc. If you have additional questions regarding sizing, you are welcome to email us at: hello@dressedinlala.com


DAMAGED ITEMS:
All damaged items must be reported within 5 days of receiving the item. Please email us with a photo attached.  If you contact us after 5 days of receiving your damaged item, you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.  Certain dyes (like black or dark denim) may transfer to lighter colors. This irreversible effect is increased by humidity and temperature. We do not assume responsibility for dye transfer.

ITEM CARE:
Each Lala Original item comes with specific care instructions that are tailored to the unique materials and design of the product. To ensure the longevity and quality of your purchase, please follow these instructions carefully. Lala is not responsible for any damage resulting from improper care or maintenance of our products.

NORDSTROM ORDERS:
Only orders placed on nordstrom.com are eligible to return to a Nordstrom store. All orders placed directly through dressedinlala.com must be returned to our warehouse. 


PAYMENT METHODS:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Afterpay and
Lala gift cards. We cannot change a payment method once your order is placed.


AFTERPAY:
Afterpay has a minimum order requirement of $35. Once your order is placed using Afterpay, we are not responsible for your payment agreement.

PHOTOGRAPHY:
We make every effort to display our products' colors as accurately as possible. We do not take responsibility for monitor discoloration.


PLEASE NOTE:
Lala reserves the right to cancel and refund any order for any reason.
